Multiple missions that only work together.

The Roane Alliance is the single organization behind Economic Development, the Chamber of Commerce, Tourism and Education Matters. One staff, one strategic plan, one phone number — so a manufacturer scouting a site, a family planning a weekend on the lake and a student looking for a career path all get the same coordinated answer.

Each partner keeps its own identity and program of work. The Alliance keeps them pointed in the same direction, and reports the results back to the county, the cities and the businesses that fund it.
